In our MasterChef Program, we get serious about
building your culinary skills!
Students enrolled in the MasterChef program participate in classes throughout the month, successfully complete a monthly quiz and earn patches toward their main goal of earning a MasterChef jacket and diploma. Currently, this program is divided into two phases: MasterChef - Phase 1 & MasterChef℠ - Phase 2.
- Phase 1 of the program is a unique opportunity for our Young Chefs® Academy members interested in cooking to learn the basic skills and techniques needed to embark on a lifetime of cooking.
 Beginning January 2008, the new MasterChef Phase 2 program took off. Students in Phase 2 will take on new roles as leaders where they apply skills learned previously and expand their experience. MasterChef Phase 2 students will participate in the creation of the first-ever Young Chefs® Academy Cookbook and National Bake-off!
