We will make about 4 to 5 recipes per day. Every day is different, and works around the theme but learning different techniques, cool background and fun facts about the theme and focusing also on kitchen safety, respect and manners, teamwork and creativity!!!! Each camper will eat their very own creation before they go home everyday!
3 day campers receive a YCA Water Bottle for a drink breaks.
Please make sure you Camper eats breakfast before camp starts.
Campers are divided in groups according to their ages.

CAMP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Payments: payments are due in full at the time of registration. Payment in full is the only way to reserve/guarantee your seat in camp.
No Deposit, admin, material or other additional fees: Camp Registration tuition is the only payment. There are no other payments required. There's no deposit, no materials fee or other fees. All the ingredients and materials are included.
Promotional Items: Only 3 day campers receive a Water Bottle included with their camp Registration Fee. Other Campers may buy water bottles or any other products from our Chef Shop.
Class Assignment: 1 day campers may be placed in a special class designed for one day campers only or assigned to cover seats available for the day at the 3 day. Subject to management discretion.
Cancelation: Camp Registration secures your seat for the assigned class. Once a registration is secured, it also impacts the staff scheduling and ingredients and materials purchasing formulas. Seating is limited. Therefore there is no refund amount upon cancellation.
Rescheduling and/or Make Up classes: any rescheduling need must be communicated at least 48hs in advance, is subject to availability. There are no Make up classes for missed Camp days, hours or missed sessions.
Dress Code: In order to have a positive and safe experience, campers are required to attend to camp dressed in clean clothes, with closed toes shoes such as tennis shoes or crocks (no flip-flops). Swim Suits can only be used under cover ups or other clean clothes. Long hair must be pulled back in a pony tail or secured with a hat.
Pick up and Drop Off: Campers may be dropped off only after the responsible adult makes sure to check the camper in, signs a consent for their child to participate and release of liability (for 3 day campers, the consent is provided on their first day of camp and is valid for the term of the camp) and only 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the camp.
Responsible Adult should pick up their camper timely at the end of the session and check him/her out of the kitchen.
