YCA McKinney/Allen is an enrichment program that teaches the joy and excitement of cooking! Our mission is to provide a safe and relaxed environment that is encouraging and educational. Our goal is to provide a positive experience that will promote creativity and self confidence.

• Weekly Classes - Weekly classes offer a new theme and new skills introduced each month. Students learn kitchen safety, proper food handling, cooking and baking techniques, food preparation and presentation, table manners and of course, how to clean while cooking. See Schedule page for more info.
• Workshops - These are amazing one time events thats are theme specific. See Schedule page for more info.
• Field Trips - We offer unique outings for schools, preschools, Scout troops, homeschool groups, sports teams, youth groups, playgroups, etc. See Schedule page for more info.
• Camps - Camps are offered during Spring Break, Winter Break and Summer. Campers prepare tasty recipes, make new friends, learn kitchen skills and the best part, HAVE A BLAST! See Schedule page for more info.
