Young Chefs Academy of Irvine offers weekly cooking classes, unforgettable birthday parties, educational field trips, cooking camps, and inspiring cooking themed special events. School’s Out! Cook up Fun at YCA…
Camp-Can-I-Cook! Presents a fun new twist on the ol’ lemonade stand! We will explore the ins and outs of fundraising from the kitchen…squeezing for cents, cooking for cash and baking for bucks! Recipes include: Fresh Flavored Lemonades, Fudge Puddle Cookies, Pasta with Chicken Alfredo Sauce, Homemade Breadsticks, Italian Sandwiches, Brownies in a Cone – and many more delicious recipes!

Monday, Feb 8th "Sweetheart Mini Camp" - Kids are out of school for Lincoln's B-Day today! This class will have you ready to prepare breakfast in bed for your Valentine! Delicious Strawberry Danish, Cheesy Cheddar & Potato Stratta and handmade Chocolate Truffles - each child will also decorate a Giant Heart cookie to take home! 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Monday, Feb 15th "Let's Party, Mardi Gras Style!" - Kids are out of school for President's Day today! Learn about the traditions of Mardi Gras. If you saw The Princess and the Frog movie, these recipes will sound familiar! We will cook up YCA Chicken Gumbo, Beignets (French Fritters), Jambalaya and traditional Mardi Gras King Cake! 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
