Classes
Our program has been designed to promote a "Life Skill". Each month we have a different theme and within that month each week is a different recipe.

KinderCooks 4 - 6 years of Age
What a wonderful age to begin. KinderCook classes run about 60- 75 minutes in length. Parents are encouraged to leave the children in our kitchen and watch from our observation room. Our instructor teach using age appropriate recipes encouraging the child to taste and sample foods that may be new to them. Lesson plans are designed to promote basic nutrition and literature.

Junior Chefs 7 - 11 years of Age
Approximately a 90 minute class where students start developing their culinary skills. This when children start to become picky eaters...we encourage all our Young Chefs to...
                                 ...TASTE EVERYTHING THAT THEY MAKE...
Budding Young Chefs at this age start to develop their creative side and this encouraged by our instructors

Senior Chefs 12 - 16 years of Age
Senior chefs learn skills that will last them a lifetime. These programs are more in depth and detailed. Our budding chefs learn flavor profiles and develop their creative side by generating their own recipes

A night of Tuscan Cooking for Moms and Dad (aunts and uncles too)

We will be having a Guest Chef teaching this Class, Chef Judith Fine-Sarchielli.

Chef Judith Sarchielli is an expert on the Mediterranean Diet and gluten-free diets. She lived in Europe, (mainly Tuscany), for over twenty years. Chef Judith has over thirty years experience as food coach, food writer, researcher, and culinary instructor. She has worked for corporations such as Sur la Table, Williams Sonoma, Whole Foods Market.
